Good work ethics and having work excellence are key to having good character, ethics, etiquette, and values.
Good work ethics involve many things. Don't lie, cheat, or steal. Be at work on time. Don't cover for anyone who lies, cheats, or steals. Focus on giving, not getting. Follow company policies and rules. Leave your personal life at home. Volunteer to do more and help other. Be positive and open to change. Know the value of your contribution.
Work excellence also involves a good bit. Take the initiative. Be assertive and respectful. Listen more than you speak. Treat your supervisor with respect. Make your supervisor look good.
