On thing i wanna change is. My attuitde to a adults. I will like to change that because I feel that im in the wrong when I talk back to adults. It like when a adults talk to me like a child,I take it like they a child and I talk back to them . I need to improve in my attitude and my followership. I don't like to follow. I rather be a leader than a follower, but in order tto be a doctor, I have to follow the pearson that is teaching me. My attitude must be improved because if I have a NEGATIVE attitude, everything that I need to do, everything that I want to become, may not happen because I'm not thinking positive.
I know i am not perfect but some people think they are. My attitude is the area i need to improve in it. Another one is communication and they reason i say that is because i cant communicate with people i dont like. Followership is another because i dont like to follow certain people. People dont lead you in the right directions.
I think I have a problem with kmowing the value of my contribution. I feel like I don't contribute at all to most things. I feel like I'm just there and I keep messing up. I wish I could contribute more. I feel like I don't help.
I think or I maybe need to improve in maximum efforts, because my work ethics in this area are very low, you see I love to email people and check my emails and my phone and I think that I might need to stop that before I get a job or anything that way I wont get in trouble.
