Standard 2 of the GA Code of Ethics states..... What does this mean?

  1. Standard two of the GA Code Of Ethics sates the abuse of students is not allowed. You shoukd always maintain a profeesional relationship with the students, in and out of school. You should not sell drugs to the students. Do not commit any sexual acts.

    1.Being on school premises or at a school-related activity involving students while under the influence of, possessing, using, or consuming illegal or unauthorized drug
    2.Falsifying, misrepresenting, omitting or erroneously reporting information submitted to federal, state, and other governmental agencies;
    3.Falsifying, misrepresenting, omitting or erroneously reporting information regarding the evaluation of students and/or personnel;

    Standard 2 states: An educator should always maintain a professional relationship with all students, both in and outside the classroom. This basically means that you won't be anything but there teacher. You can be friendly and stuff ,but you won't hang out with them outside of school. You will be nothing buta professional. You will act completely on the basis of your job.

    A teacher should not be datin a student. You too grown and old. You should not try and talk to a student like you are there parent. You should be grown enoough to talk like an adult. Instead of acting stupid and childish. !!!

  12. Abuse of Students- This means the educator shouldn't hurt the student in any way or form. They shouldn't even abuse them outside of school. If they do they should get punished.

  15. Laws throughout the state thta maintain through educators. Laws and guilts of children that shouldnt be done. Thats is what i think GA Code of Ethics states to me.

An educator should always maintain a professional relationship with all students, both in and outside the classroom....this means just because you are not in school anymore you still shouldn't wear clothes that show clevage and skirts that has just enough length to cover your personal body parts and you shouldn't speak in a non approate language just because you are not in school you should still keep your self the way you do as in school in the streets because you nave know when you might see a student

    Standard 2: An educator should always maintain a professional relationship with all students, both in and outside the classroom. Unethical conduct includes but is not limited to: Committing any act of child abuse, including physical and
    emotional abuse; Committing any act of cruelty to children or any act of child
    endangerment; Committing or soliciting any unlawful sexual act; Committing any act of sexual harassment; Soliciting, encouraging, or consummating a romantic or inappropriate relationship with a student (including dating a student) whether written, verbal, or physical; and Furnishing alcohol or illegal/unauthorized drugs to any student or allowing a student to consume alcohol or illegal/unauthorized drugs.
    This means that a teacher's relationship with a student must stay strictly professional, nothing more. A teacher should never abuse a student by threatening, or physically hurt them. Also, there should never be any sexual relationship between a student and a teacher.

  26. Standard 2 means that you can't abuse children, you can't committ any act of cruelty to children, you can't committ or solicite any unlawful sexual act, no harrassing behavior on the basis of race, gender, sex, national origin, religion or disability, ect.
