When I was a toddler, I use to cry a lot. My mom held me a lot. She said, "When she left me I would cry". I cried because I wanted her to hold me. She had a theory that I was sick. So, she took me to the doctor. The doctor said I had Ammonia. So, my doctor gave me some medicine to help me get better.

A childhood memory of mine would have to be when I started Pre-K. I was one of the smartest children in my class. On open house, my teacher, Mrs. Marino, greeted me with such PROFESSIONALISM. I greeted her back. She sShe explained to my Mom all of her INTEGRATED CURRICULUM. I loved being in Pre-K because there, I was treated like the TODDLER that I was. I realized that I had plenty of WINDOWS OF OPPORTUNITY !

  8. i remember when i was a preschooler. I thought i was so big. i would watch all the toddlers and laugh at them. one day my mom saw me laughing at them and told me that once i was a toddler. she said that once those toddlers go through maturation they will as big as i am. She told em that their development is slower but its still going to happen. She spoke with such proffesionalism, i just had to stop. so i never laugh about little kids again

Growing up in my environment as a toddler, it was kind of a fast pace. I was around alot of more toddlers & infants some older kids who knew more than me & so i learned from them also. As a preschooler becoming older i knew alot, said big words more than small ones. I also picked up some heredity traits from my mom, we do some things alike. Behavior for me wasn't a problem i was an good kid.

I remember when I was a kid me and my brother were always getting on each others nerves. One day though he took nerve racking to a new level. He tied me to a pole on the irrigation system in the field behind my house. He left me there for like 30 minutes trying to get out. He spent the first few minutes hitting me and then he just left me. I was only like five so I yelled and screamed trying to get help. He finally came back out and untied me. Me and him are now good friends and hangout all the time. We laugh when we talk about it because it sorta made me better.

When I read this blog description, I immediatly thought of my most horrifying childhood memories. I was no more than 2 or 3 when we were going to our friend's pool. I rode with some other friends in their car and we happened to get there first. Upon arriving, I ran straight to the pool, and was curious, and I went over to the diving board. I was walking on the surface when suddenly, I slipped and fell off, into the water, sinking lower and lower to the bottom. Note, this was on the deep end side of the pool. Wierdly, I sunk to the very bottom and stood there without crying or "freaking out." It felt like forever, just standing there like nothing had happened. Maybe I was so scared, it didn't hit me until later, maybe it was psychological thing. Suddenly, my Dad diving into the pool and pulled me out. Then, it hit me, I ALMOST DROWNED!!!!! I cried and cried in my mother's lap, until I fell asleep, and missed the pool party......

  32. I remember the time I had to get stiches. I was running in the primary school while coming from the library, but little did I know the floor was wet and my shoelaces were untied and then next thing I know... BAM! I slid into the door! My teacher had to walk me up to the office while I held my bleeding forehead and soon after my mom came to take me to the hospital. I had to get 10 stiches and I still wear the scar to this day.

  33. One of my childhood memories is going to my grandparent's house in Hopeful, Georgia. They had a cute little country house in Hopeful until a year ago when they sold it to move closer to my family. That house contained so many memories from my friends that I brought there and from the times when I was really little. One of them was when I recieved a dog from them on Valentine's Day. Another one was when I brought my bestfriend Maggie to their house for a week. She had sooo much fun in that little town. I loved that house and I still miss going to it every summer about 3 or B.Benton
